Hi, I’m Gwen!
I’m an ethical educator with a PhD in Zoology on a mission to help people reconnect to animals, to one another, to nature, and to their more compassionate selves.
I spent 10 years teaching biology and often felt frustrated by how schools neglect empathy and compassion for animals, even though children naturally care about them and the issues animals face worldwide.
I believe education is one of the most powerful tools we have to shape a more ethical and caring society.
Through Kind To Animals, my goal is to help young people learn about, care for, and protect animals, while growing into thoughtful, responsible citizens.
I want to inspire them to become true allies to animals and help create a more compassionate world for all.
