Our vision is a future where the next generation drives global change, transforming our relationships with animals for a more compassionate world.
That’s why we equip parents and teachers with the tools to inspire and empower children to become ethical leaders advocating for animals.
We also directly engage young people through programs that foster empathy, critical thinking, and leadership, empowering them to create lasting change for animals.
Instilling compassion and empathy in young people is essential for building a more ethical and sustainable world. Unfortunately, schools often lack the resources to teach these values, especially when it comes to animal welfare.
At Kind To Animals, we are developing engaging educational content that provides age-appropriate, science-backed materials. We provide support for parents and teachers who want to teach these essential topics.
We are also offering small group online classes that help kids develop essential life skills through the lens of animal welfare, allowing children to connect with like-minded peers.
Through these resources, we aim to nurture empathy, compassion, and leadership in young people, empowering them to join a global community of changemakers.
As a zoologist and educator with a PhD in Animal Ecology, I’ve spent 10 years teaching biology and animal ethics. I’ve been frustrated by schools neglecting empathy and compassion for animals, despite their suffering. I believe education is key to creating a more ethical society. Through Kind To Animals, my aim is to teach kids the values and life skills to protect animals and grow into compassionate, responsible citizens, inspiring them to become changemakers in a more compassionate world.
